Au\u00dferordentliche Hauptversammlung"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Am vergangenen Freitag den 11.09.2020 fand eine au\u00dferordentliche Hauptversammlung des Dorfclubs auf dem Sportplatz in Hochdorf\u00a0statt.<br>Zu Beginn wurde auf die Hygienema\u00dfnahmen hingewiesen.<br>Im Anschluss wurde auf das bisherige Vorgehen zur Erreichung der Gemeinn\u00fctzigkeit des Vereines berichtet.<br><br>Grund f\u00fcr die au\u00dferordentliche Hauptversammlung war eine Umformulierung der Vereinszwecke in der Satzung um die Gemeinn\u00fctzigkeit durch das Finanzamt anerkannt zu bekommen.<br>Durch eine vorschriftsm\u00e4\u00dfige Abstimmung mit Handzeichen wurde der neuen Satzung einstimmig ohne Enthaltungen zugestimmt.<br>Somit steht nun der Gemeinn\u00fctzigkeit nichts mehr im Wege.<br><br>Wir bedanken uns bei allen Mitgliedern f\u00fcr das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen, Einhaltung der Hygieneregeln und Teilnahme an der Hauptversammlung.<br><br>Euer Vorstand<br>Dorfclub
